WE NEED
200 gr Digestive cookies
125 gr melted butter
For the filling
600 gr cream cheese
60 gr castor sugar
200 gr low fat sour cream
Fresh raspberries
HOW TO MAKE IT
We put cookies and butter into the mixer.
We apply the cookie mixture in a round pan.
Preheat the oven at 180oC for 10'.
Bake for 12'. Let it cool.
For the filling
Put into a mixer cream cheese, sugar, and sour cream.
Fill the cookie base witn cream and flattens the surface
with a spatula.
Put it into the fridge.
Serve with the fresh raspberries.
