WE NEED
FOR APPROX 16 STICKS
50 gr big raisins
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 piece fresh ginger
1 sweet apple
1 pear
1 banana
150 gr grapes
200 ml sour cream
A pinch of cardamon
A pinch anise
caramelized ginger
HOW TO M,AKE IT
Wash the raisins and pour them into the orange juice. Peel the ginger and grate. Peel the fruit, clean the seeds from the apple and the pear and cut into cubes, cut bananas into thick slices about 5 mm. Cut grapes in half and clean the seeds.
Whip the cream and spice with ginger, cardamom and anise. Stick the fruits one by one with raisins marinated in straws and place them on plates plates, garnish with ginger cream. Finely chop the caramelized ginger. Sprinkle the sticks and serve immediately.
